tampa bay rays stadium. the mayor of oldsmar says the team would be foolish to pass up on their small town. 10news reporter sarah hollenbeck is live along racetrack road, near tampa bay downs. sarah, traffic is a big concern. can a town as small as oldsmar handle traffic and the size of this town-- with just 14-thousand people, is one reason people thought a stadium in oldsmar could never happen. but the mayor tells me with a few improvements to roads here, he doesn't think traffic would be a problem. if you've ever driven through oldsmar during rush hour, you know the feeling of sitting light in traffic. although the town is small, mayor doug bevis says 50-thousand people flock here every day for work. the roads-- he argues-- are ready to take on the extra thousands of baseball fans, with just a few upgrades. he also has high hopes for a passenger train on the existing railroads that run through oldsmar connecting downtown st pete, to clearwater, largo, safety harbor, oldsmar and downtown tampa. bee-vis say
