it involved two tractor-trailers, one of them is a ups tandem tractor-trailer. i'm being told the second tractor-trailer is filled with all of the stuff sue ordered yesterday on her computer. so that delivery will be a little late e here is a live look at the ramp from the vine to the westbound schuylkill expressway. anyone leaving center city right now, trying to get over to the schuylkill, you're forced to go eastbound, on the schuylkill expressway, and then, in comes the u-turn laverne. you can either flip around to 30th street, the easiest one, just go to the top of the ramp, south street, make a left, and then another left. than will put you back on the schuylkill, headed westbound. so, again, leaving center city, all traffic is forced to go east on the schuylkill, flip the u-turn, in order to go west. or you can just use one of the drives, the kelly or martin luther king drive. no word as to when this ramp will get opened up. i saw a tow truck on the scene, when i passed it this morning, coming in, just half hour ago. so hopefully we'll at least get one la
