ktvu's tara moriarty live with more on the details about this young child and why he's considered at risk. good morning, tara. >> reporter: we just spoke to union city police this morning and they say this boy is considered at risk is because the last time he was seen he was extremely distraught and not wearing very much clothing. we have a flier to show you of him. his name is kenny stevenson. he's 5'10", 145 pounds, part asian and part white. now kenny was last seen in the area of pioneer school. he was disappeared some time after 10:00. he got into an argument with his mother over homework and grades. he suffers from depression. and he did have -- does have a form of -- he has asperger's syndrome which is a form of autism. >> they said he had been a little depressed lately so they were a little more concerned and decided to go with at risk based off how he was dressed, age, no prior missing reports. that's when we called out the helicopter. again, east bay regional fremont police department checked all their parks on the south side of the flood channel. we've just been saturating t

ktvu's tara moriarty is live with more on where the sheriff's deputies are investigating this. good morning, tara. >> reporter: good morning. about two minutes ago two sheriff's deputy patrol cars pulled out of here. they had to go to another assignment. they said they will be back after that and then they're going to rotate and have more cop cars come in around 7:00 this morning. now we are here just around the corner from where the shooting happened. and about half an hour ago crews finished cleaning up the crime scene and the last investigators took off. we're here off third and grove streets in an unincorporated area of north richmond t. is where shots rang out at 9:30 last night. we are told by an inside source that some sort of argument erupted and one man ran into the house where his mother lives. >> officers ran into the area trying to figure out where the shots were coming from. they responded here, found two subjects shot. one subject was deceased. >> reporter: the contra costa county sheriff's office is not releasing anymore information at this time. but we do want to

tara moriarty is live -- there she is. and i know you got an update from the contra costa county sheriff deputies. what did they say? >> reporter: well, they told us that evacuation is the very last process, step in this entire process. so as far as them being evacuated today, it may not happen today or a couple of days. there are a couple of parishioners here. they are standing up for what's right by doing this. they are staging a sit-in waiting for authorities to arrive here this morning to evacuate them. we spoke to the pastor here in richmond. he says the church received a predatory loan and that his signature was actually forged on bank documents. it's a pretty hefty charge that the bank is disputing. now after a year of going back and forth, deputies from the contra costa county sheriff's office are expected to kick these folks out. >> from a to. z the road -- from a to z, the road is long. and they are looking at -- we're willing to get arrested today. >> reporter: now, bibleway says it began its grassroots efforts

ktvu's tara moriarty joining us live outside the courthouse in san francisco. tara, what's on that tape? >> reporter: proof. that is according to to barry bonds' childhood friend and former business partner. he says that on this tape that bonds knows he is taking steroids and then lied about it. now he will resume the stand here at about 8:30 this morning. and then the defense will continue under all the circumstances cross- examination. now yesterday he told the jury that he actually saw bonds' personal trainer, greg anderson, leave the ballplayer's bedroom at spring training house with a syringe and needle presumably to inject steroids. he says it happened a handful of times between 2000 and 2003. he says he was so worried about bonds' health that he actually taped a conversation with anderson in the giants' locker room. it's very difficult to hear, but if you listen closely, anderson is talking about performance enhancing drugs. [ indiscernible ] >> reporter: he says that he made the tape in march of 2003 and intended to play it for barry bonds' father. the d

ktvu tara moriarty is on storm watch this morning. you have moved where are you now? how does it look? >> we are still along the embarcadero where it has been raining steadily. as we take a look over here this is the chp website. we have mud slides off of 116 just west of b street a little bit of mud coming down into the roadway there. that is the same area we had in general problems yesterday. now if we take a look at the video we can see the scene late in the afternoon. just north of the russian river on cazadero highway. a mud slide dumped mud and debris on the highway and blocked both lanes for several hours. this is the only way for people that live in the mountains to get to gernville. some motorist diseased to take a chance and drive through the water. the petaluma below flood level but running faster than usual. if you are heading out on the roadways be sure to drive the speed limit or lower. it is slick out there. joining us now is sal castaneda to give us a little more perspective on the bay area roadways. how is it going? >> it's not all that bad because it
