teak you outside. a live look now at some odd weather pl muggy with rain moving in. a small storm will soon hit the bay area. our meteorologist is with us. rob, what's the time line here? >> we are seeing clouds filling in. as you mentioned, it is muggy outside. we have temperatures in mid 70s around the tri-valley with mostly cloudy conditions. now the sea breeze picking up temperatures cooling off. upper 50s to low 60s. san jose still in the 60s with hazy skies around the santa clara valley and not too far away from downtown. we are seeing light rain there on the santa cruz mountains. that's where one of the focuses of the system will be with higher rain totals in the coastal hilltops. you see a few more sprinkles in the north bay. for now a lot of clouds just not quite a lot of rain just yet. the system does have tropical moisture feeding in noo it. as it heads over the bay area we are expecting totals on the light side compared to stronger storms we've seen so far this winter. only the coastal hills into the north bay may get close to about a half inch of rain and for the sierra sierras, mild temperatures you see outside right now,
