techboston's graduation rate is 20 points higher than the rest of the city's graduation rate. 20 pointso go to college. this can be done. this can be done. [applause] >> we can't take it when people say to us there are all these factors that will prevent students from going to college, that are going to hold our students back, that are the reason for students dropping out. those are reasons. those are excuses. you know it, i know it and we know we can do something about it and we are going to do something about it. we have to have a national education policy that incentivizes partnerships and these kinds of high standards that make sure we can replicate stories like techboston all over the country. every child deserves it and we will make sure every child has it.
