i watch my campaign, and went to a university to talk about the proposal to amend the higher education act to provide college loans for college and a career technical academies interest free to middle-class families. we currently are not $23 billion in interest a year from the mound. some of the loans are at 7% or 8%. on average, a college graduate earns twice as much as a non- college graduate. if you look at the income that is generated, is in our best interest as a government to have as many people have access to college as possible. weill make it up on the other end in texas. there will have lifetime earnings. it is good for our country. interest free is a smart investment. it will allow the children of many more families to have access to college.
