and ted greenberg is weathering it out there noticing how high the water is rising. good sign here that cape may county now instead of the yellows, reds, oranges, now just a deep green. that is still a steady rain, but it's not the heavy rain of before. atlantic city airport, 5 1/4 inches reported so far. and it is certainly over the flash flood threshold. you can see the flood reports, those are the green little boxes. and they are focused over these two counties. we've also had one report in kent county from alle little earlier this morning. so hour by hour, the model is showing the heavy rain over philadelphia, new castle. it's not accounting for that dry area wedge that is moving in, but still shows us that the heaviest rain sticks over parts of atlantic county and cape may county right through 8:00 a.m., but starting to weaken through the morning hours. so by 11:30 in the morning, some spot heavier pockets are still hanging on and then more spotty showers through the afternoon hours along southern delaware and the jersey shore. but for the rest of us, this will
