chamber president ted pitts is expected to speak on reforming the department of transportation. they're working on putting together a bigger plan to address infrastructure needs. the meeting is happening at 12:30. this morning, the city of columbia will look to provide low or no cost checking and savings accounts for those in need. a meeting will be held at the city council chambers on main street to inform the public.
