one night jimmy had a date and he asked ted williams, i've got a date, can i take your car? re says ted. so he take this car picks up then date goes to the restaurant, pulls into the parking lot, and a police car pulls up behind him and says are you a baseball player? ask and she says, no, why? he spacious you're driving ted williams in car show. police knew his car. probably speeding all the time, probable my never got a ticket but his car was're well-known among the boston police. finally jimmy carroll convinces them he didn't steal the car it's okay. the cop says okay, no problem. then he says while you're in the restaurant would it be okay if i sat in the car? jumpy carroll said that's no problem. so he goes into the restaurant and they come out an hour later and the cop is in the car with five of his friends. they're just sitting in the car. like me. wanted to sit in the same -- it doesn't really -- it's embarrassing. what is the thrill? what is the excitement of sitting in ted williams' car? if he had been in the car issue understand it. heels not in the car. adam smith

william county and visited the rockledge elementary school in woodbridge virginia. had a great time. i talked to 300 students there at the rockledge elementary school. there's teacher tedwho invited me there, had a terrific time. terrific school in the lakeridge neighborhood of woodbridge in prince william county at brockledge elementary school. terrific time. a lot of fun. overnight tonight, chilly. down into the mid-30s by dawn friday and increasing clouds tomorrow. ahead of that rain in the low 50s by early to mid-afternoon. then the rain arrives saturday rather friday night and then continues into saturday. now, saturday morning is the big rock 'n' roll marathon that's going on in the morning on saturday. and that will be rainy. it looks like temperatures will be in the 40s to near 50 during the marathon on saturday morning. not the best weather for running a marathon. then in the afternoon, that rain tapers off and temperatures climb into the upper 50s, near 60. then welcome sunshine back on sunday. great day for outdoor activities. watching the sprouts come up even higher will be in the upper 50s on sunday. then monday back to work and school with sunshine in the

william county visited the rockledge elementary school. i talked to 300 of the students there. had a terrific time. there is the teacher ted eldridge who invited knee visit. filled the cafeteria. we had a lot of fun. wonderful school there rockledge elementary. and after we get through the rain tomorrow low 50s, drops into the 40s overnight, and during the day on saturday in the morning the big rock 'n' roll half marathon. looks like rain with temperatures in the 40s. in the afternoon we dry out. sunday great day for outdoor activities. sunday mid-50s. another chance of rain maybe tuesday. >>> another crash in the damascus/clarksburg area. 75 at price road overturned vehicle here. so we'll be checking that out. we're sending chopper 4 right now to this one, clarksburg road at bethesda. all lanes blocked because of a crash that happened about 20 minutes ago. so we'll be there in just a little bit here. 80 ramp to southbound 270, that crash now on the shoulder. so for some reason this area just not looking so hot this morning. beltway at colesville inner loop outer loop moving quite nicely. big look at the beltway also again
