meteorologist tedd florendo is tracking the conditions out there. tedd, the trend has been dry weekends with rain for the workweek. will we be true to form for the start of july? >> think so, rosemary. i think we have more threats for a thunderstorm again in the middle part of the week but the question is will it stick around. that's the big question. first outside we're starting it off with sunny skies this morning. no need for a jacket because we're already warming things up. many of you are already in the mid to upper 70s. down the shore looking picture perfect right now. 77 at philadelphia, quakertown, 75. ly city at 76. wildwood currently at 75. this is what you can expect for the day today. numbers will still stay in the mid mid-70s. the high today, 87 degrees by 3:00 p.m. we'll be at 86 degrees. we'll see some additional clouds later on in the afternoon but still looking mostly sunny. still looking dry. the humidity is up a little bit, but still comfortable. by tomorrow it will be more humid and certainly by the mid part of the week with the

. >> good morning to you, tedd. we're starting to see more problems out there including this is new, septa trenton line a delay of 15 minutes go to amtrak signal problems. that's the only delay right now when it comes to mass transit. an accident in delaware county, 95 northbound near kerlin street moved to the shoulder but police are still out this. it is causing a slowdown as drivers tap the brakes as they pass that scene. heavy volume on 95 northbound through delaware county. traffic on 76, it's not too bad. this is the eastbound side near the curve, around 55, 55 as we get closer to gladwyne, down to city avenue we're still seeing speeds in the mid-50s on 76. delays haven't started yet but i bet it's going to change. i'll keep you updated on all of the delays as they form. >> see you in a bit. penn dot begins its second largest construction project in philadelphia. the work could impact your commute. in fishtown and port richmond. crews will start widening girard avenue interchange and the miles of 95 northbound

good morning. >> good morning, tedd. we talked hours ago and temperatures reached 80 already, we knew it would be a hot one. there's a heat alert in effect for all of camden county. the health officer in camden county put it in effect yesterday when temperatures reached the 90s. what that means for people living in camden county, you have more than 50 cooling centers at your disposal. we're in front of the collingswood library. it will double as a cooling center throughout the day today. it's a great place for kids and families to come if they don't have the luxury of air conditioning or fans at home. they can come to the library and be educationally entertained while staying cool. this heat effect for all of camden county begins at noon and lasts through 8:00 p.m. there are more than 50 cooling centers offered to the residents. there are so many. you should call your specific town to find out the exact times of the cooling centers. there are too many for to us list for you. that information is just a call away. reportin
