police detained the three kids and they were taken to juvenile hall. ( james ) in the east bay... we are learning new information about the teen found dead near train tracks in hayward. 18-year-old isaac andino was hit and killed by an amtrak train on friday afternoon. that is according to the alameda county coroner. isaac's family said he went for a run that day and never came home. his body was found saturday near the train tracks. it's unclear what happened in the final moments before isaac's death.
