just for the work you've been doing on telehealth. yesterday, excuse me, earlier this week i had the opportunity to visit swedish hospital a certified premier stroke center in the united states. they have taken the average time it takes to diagnose a stroke and deliver the life saving t.p.a. treatment for a stroke patient. they can do it in 17 minutes now. as we know, every minute when suffering a stroke is millions of neurons that are affected. so it is incredibly important. they've also developed a strong telestroke program. i was able at the hospital to visit my hometown from the swedish hospital with dr. chang, renowned neurosurgeon. i visited with the emergency room in my hometown. they're part of this telestroke program. they are able to get close to that 17 minutes. what is remarkable about this in terms of delivery of the local hospital t.p.a. as they transfer them to the stroke center. what is remarkable about telehealth and strokes is they have been able to eliminate 80% of i guess, maybe using the wrong word here, but they'
