they are run by private companies like at&t, deutsche telekom, level three, centurylink.el the same speed. that last mile is owned by a small group of internet service comcast, time warner cable, and verizon. they have different rules of the road. we got off the information super highway but now we are hitting traffic. when the traffic jams are fellow travelers, others like the netflix 18 wheeler monster truck was able to pay for their own fast lane. that's the deal they struck recently with comcast allowing their service to get to consumers faster than their competitors. is that fair? net neutrality would make it an even playing field for all the drivers on the road in that last mile. the toll keepers, comcast and time warner, don't like it. they want their own rules of the road. drivers like us just want the freedom of the open road. is it about net neutrality that has people so up in arms? >> i think the things that get business people up in arms is what kind of businesses could be developed in the future? play, netflixo wins because they have more money over hulu. >>

don't forget, t-mobile is crommed by deutsche telekom. the germans. he runs the show.. they only 60-plus percent of it and talking to sprint for a very long time. this company, carl, what i can tell you, has about a $19 billion enterprise value, from what i can gather at this point, but a $17 billion market value. $2 billion or so in debt. it's a reseller, again, of network capacity. i'm not sure it really owns a great deal of network. i don't see what synergies, if any, would be available to them. yes, we have extraordinarily generous credit markets. you could imagine, perhaps, they would be in a position to try to do something, but they're smaller in size. that is market cap wise than t-mo. no synergies apparent to me at this point. granted it's early, in any sort of a deal. let's wait and see. holefully a little more insight, behind these headlines. >> knowing what you know about the dance between t-mo and sprint over the last months, looking at the dow jones headlines. iliad may offer to t-mobile of u.s. do you think that's price depend ntd and the talks were deep
