nbc10's monique braxton is live at temple university hospital in north philadelphia where one of the victims is receiving treatment. monique, you have been getting new information. >> reporter: hi, ted. we are being kept across the street from the emergency entrance, but we did peep in when we first arrived here about an hour and a half ago, and there was no family outside. we were told that we could not come inside, we had to stay back. as you know, everyone is under the hipaa regulations, meaning the medical professionals. we have learned one teen is here in critical but stable condition. the other teen is over at einstein medical center in stable condition. here is what the scene looked like a few hours ago at germantown and rowan. detectives tell us the 17-year-old male was shot once in the back while heading to a graduate party. now, police found him near germantown and rowan just after 12:30. in the past hour we have also learned a second teen who is either 17 or 18, there is some variation there, discrepancy with police reports -- that person was also shot. he was taken by a p
