we will get more sunshine and warmer temps after the fog. the breeze is variable but it is tending to favor a northerly direction for most. not for all. coming off of the oakland berkeley hills, it is a north and even northwest. berkeley has gone from northwest to southeast. it was northwest about half an hour ago. there is an off shore breeze for some. berkeley is at 44. fremont, 43. palo alto, 42. 19 up in truckee. 37 up in ukiah. rain if you're going to seattle and portland. yes. we could use it down here. there is absolutely no sign of it. not only today but for a while. if the forecast models are right, the forecast suite, the ensemble, what we call it, they are all locked into a very dry pattern. don't be surprised if things are dry through february 14th. things could change. there is a system coming under the ridge. but you get a long lead time on that. you can see that from a long way off. that is our best hope for the next rain. 60s and 70s with more sunshine and less cloud cover. and temperatures, well, they average about 58 to 61
