i just have to say i've been working at tennessee for quite some time and working in the preservation space for even longer and it is extremely hard to find buildings of this scale and this good condition in neighborhoods like district two that have largely been underrepresented by the preservation program here in the city and and by affordable housing in general. and really tennessee was thrilled to find such a good project that checks off so many of these boxes in this neighborhood. as many of you know, tennessee got our start back in the early 1980s doing acquisition preservation work to maintain affordability and curb displacement. and supervisor cheney made a really good point like we want to see more funding for this so that tdc can continue to do these these big acquisition projects. they're cost effective. they're and they're a very quick way of adding to the deed restricted affordable housing stock in san francisco. so again i just want to thank you for your consideration of this acquisition and again urge you to support it this morning . >> thank you. thank you much chris cu
