that happened at about 11:30 on tennison road just about half a block from the south hayward bart station. ktvu's jade hernandez joins us now with new information from investigators. jade, what can you tell us? >> reporter: hayward police are investigating because this happened just off of bart property near tennison road. you can see underneath this bart overpass. it happened around 11:15. hayward police say they're still looking for two gunmen this morning. gunmen who ran away after the shooting. we watched as hayward police scoured for the two armed robbers with canine officers after the shooting. from what police gather a husband and wife were making their way home from a south hayward bart station when two young men in their late teens or early 20s approached them near the overpass. the gunman ordered the couple to hand over their belongings. police say there wasn't a struggle and the couple didn't resist, but somehow in the process the husband was shot twice. paramedics rushed him to the hospital where he remains in critical condition. his wife was not hurt. hayward police say the a
