(terisa) and i'm terisa estacio in for pam moore. there was a red flag warning earlier today but that has now expired. however officials still urge precaution. meteorologist mabrisa rodriguez joins us now with a look at the fire danger. the dry air mass aloft will cool down overnight temperatures this evening. expect 40s in the north bay and interior valleys with 50s along the coast. cooler temperatures are forecast for tuesday with near average to slightly above normal highs. tracking 70s along the coast and 80s inland. it is worth noting that the dry air mass in place will result in chilly overnight temperatures through midweek. the return of the onshore flow late in the week will bring overnight lows up a bit. onshore winds increase a bit late in the week which will help moisten conditions while temperatures remain seasonably mild. kron 4's terisa estacio has the details on newly released court documents. .as you can imagine, this a deeply disturbing case... kron four news obtained the police report and court documents that really spell out the crimes against the once respected catholic church priest (take pkg) this is hernan toro.... he is now facing 6 counts of lewdness with a minor involving two victims. the charges against him stretch over a 5 year period. both young girls under the age of 14. one was only reportedly 5 years old when she says toro a family friend - began to molest her. (in the first case, the victim says the abuse started when toro was babysitting and according to the statement to the officer, quote, as time went on... his hand moved closer and closer up her tigh... she described his hand as being shaky and jumpy and assumed it was because he was old. the victim went on to tell the officer, taht quote the victim told me that she and the suspect agreed not to tell anyone. as for the second victim, a similiar haunting tale, the victim 2 told police that whilte toro was babysitting her.. the s
