we just moved off the central terminal last weekend and over to the west terminal. they have a bit more to take down in the central terminal, and then there will be pared to start back filling. we put new water in on freemont. water and sewer work progressed on first street. work also continued on mina. we also got the 4.3, 4.4 packages out with notices of receipt. the mission wall got started on january 4, the screen wall that will allow us to take down the existing screen wall which will allow us to do the final demolition and shoring. i wanted to show you the demolition plan over all but i know you are fairly familiar with it. we are continuing through the building section right now. the utility relocation plan, as i said, the 4.3, 4.4 packages will get going this month. 4.1 is before you today for your approval. the work on minna and freemont continues. that is the east terminal building as it is coming down. now they're starting the excavation of the basement level, preparing for temperature or wall to allow the complete demolition. that is work being done in e

you can see a picture of the last bus that left the terminal that day. the subsequent day on saturday morning of august 7, we opened phase one of the temporary terminal. last december we completed case to. -- phase two. we then had our ground breaking ceremony which was attended by the secretary of transportation, speaker pelosi, and other dignitaries. you can see a shot of that wonderful event. demolition began on the existing terminal on august 14 with demolition of the east flu. we brought on board a facility manager, linc facilities, who maintain the facility. we also worked closely with the transit operators and riders. we have had a very smooth transition and now we have completed the temporary terminal but we still need to install some more benches. we will be reported today the condition of the restrooms for transit passengers that use the tab per terminal. in terms of demolition, you will hear more in the construction of date later, but we started demolition of the eastern station. we have successfully coordinated daytime and nighttime closures

in october 2009, cbs received the lease termination letter. here is the lease termination letter. can i raise this? the lease termination letter is dated october 2009. it again references the least number and is signed by mrs. ramos. if you look at that signature, it matches all the other signatures we have seen, including the letter to ms. lamorena, which matches the lease termination letter. interestingly enough, this letter does provide -- it states, "all my inquiries to resolve this matter had failed." that is not necessarily true, since her attorney did contact cbs, and that was the only contact cbs had with her or her attorney. it says, "i asked this company to remove their freestanding son from a property -- sign from my property." that is what we did. when we look at the appeal brief, if you look at the appeal brief and what ms. farrell provides, it takes the release letter and assumes she signed the letter. let us look at the prerequisites. cbs outdoor were not paying for their advertising sign. that is not true. there were just paying the wrong property because they did
