i'm terrell brown. >>> jury deliberations resume this morning in jerry sandusky's child abuse trial. after the jury got the case yesterday, sandusky's adopted son changed his story, saying he also was a victim of the former penn state football coach. manuel gallegus reports. >> reporter: just as jurors began deliberating the jerry sandusky case comes a startling revelation from one of his own sons. through his attorney, matt sandusky said he met with prosecutors this week to say for the first time he was molested by his own father. matt is now 33 and was adopted by jerry and his wife dottie as an adult after living with them as a foster child. he was reportedly prepared to testify, but it's unclear why he was never called as a prosecution witness. the news about sandusky's son was not presented in court, so the jurors don't know anything about it. they're sequestered in a local hotel with no tv or phone. earlier, the jurors heard the defense and prosecution sum up their cases. defense attorney joe amend

i'm terrell brown. closing arguments are expected tomorrow in the jersey sandusky child sex abuse case. sandusky's lawyers are expected to call their final witnesses today, and cbs news has learned it's likely that the former penn state assistant football coach will testify in his own defense. yesterday sandusky's wife defended her husband. she told jurors she never saw him engage in any inappropriate contact with children. armen keteyian has our report. >> reporter: speaking in a soft, sometimes nervous voice, dorothy "dottie" sandusky testified she never saw a single sign of sexual abuse of young boys by her husband of 45 years. time and time again defense attorney joe amendola repeated the same questions. did you ever see any inappropriate conduct? each and every time, dottie sandusky simply answered, no. at one point during her 45 minutes on the witness stand, dottie sandusky said over about a 20-year period her husband would routinely go downstairs to tell young boys who had spent the night good ni

i'm terrell brown. we begin this morning in colorado. out-of-control wildfires have forced mass evacuations and now threaten entire communities. overnight, a surging wildfire burning near colorado springs reached the northwest outskirts of the city and burned its first homes. 32,000 area residents have been told to evacuate, including parts of the air force academy campus. the fire's just five miles from the campus gates. a ranch southwest of the academy has burned to the ground. officials now say the situation is critical. >> this is a firestorm of epic proportions. >> if you lose a home, that is catastrophic to you, but now we're looking at we don't want to lose a community. >> another fire is forcing evacuations near boulder. officials believe it was sparked by a lightning strike yesterday afternoon. and that massive fire in northern colorado near ft. collins has now destroyed 257 homes. >>> just the opposite in florida. tropical storm debby has weakened to a tropical depression, but she's still caus

susan, good morning to you. >> terrell good morning. armstrong hoped these allegations were over but the drug agency says it has new evidence armstrong's lawyer calls it a vendetta. for seven consecutive years, lance armstrong waved the u.s. flag as champion of the tour de france. now, the u.s. anti-doping agency says he used performance-enhancing drugs during his title runs. armstrong has repeatedly said he never doped. >> we've proven time in and time out there were claims. >> but the drug agency said it recently uncovered evidence that armstrong used epo, as well as blood transfusions, testosterone and court coe steroids from 1996 until 2004. u.s. federal prosecutors close a two-year criminal probe this past february but unlike the justice department, the u.s. ada does not have to prove a crime was committed, only that drugs were used. the drug agency has ten former teammates who have testified that lance armstrong used drugs. it also says armstrong used a campaign of intimidation to keep witnesses from testifying. tyler hamilton is
