zoey the teacup yorkshire terrier is now back home. her owner tells us... she was likely stolen on thursday when someone broke into her oakland apartment. a woman who saw our kron 4 news story ... says she noticed zoey wandering around lake merritt... we're told that zoey is in great shapeand happy to be back home. but the other items stolen from the apartment.. like an i-pad and jewerly.. have not been found.
