terry mcsweeney has the night off. an east bay family is outraged that the man convicted in the death of their son is out of prison after just six years. they say the reduced sentence is the result of a political favor. marianne favro talked to that family tonight and joins us with their reactions. i know you said they are terribly upset. >> reporter: and they're very frustrated. the santos family says if the man convicted in the deadly attack of their son didn't have connection was former governor schwarzenegger, he would still be in prison tonight. this is what esteban nunez looks like now after serving six years behind bars for his role in a deadly attack. he walked out of prison today a free man. but the parents of the victim say they'll never be free. >> it's not any different from any other day that we come out here. its same thing. every time we come out here, my son is in the ground. >> reporter: today they visited the lafayette cemetery where their son luis is buried. >> just felt sick to my stomach. >> report
