we are learning that the terry schiavo life and hope network is working behind the scenes with the family to try and get jahi moved. even though the courts are closed today, the family attorney is telling us tonight that he is burning up the phone lines trying to get things done to get jahi moved from this facility. now, there are a number of things standing in his way. several court orders, a doctor who is willing to perform surgery to get her moved. now, sam singer, the spokesperson for the hospital said today that this hospital has yet to hear from a single facility, doctor or transportation agency that will accept a deceased body and move had her to another location. jahi's uncle says they have a facility and transportation ready to go because his niece is not dead. it has been a war of words today, both sides are digging in their heels and hope time will be on their side. >> the family attorney has created a hoax, a very sad hoax that jahi mcmath is in some way alive. she is not. she is deceased by every law in the state of l.california and b every belief system imaginable. >> he wan

it's different than terry schiavo, where the heart was beating and she had a feeding tube. than that in that she's already dead. she's already been declared deceased. i would say, you know, this is less about what is right for the family and what is right for the hospitals. this is what is right for that poor little girl. if it's already been declared she's no longer alive, i think the writing is on the wall and they're going to have to make that decision. >> i don't agree with you that the family has to make the decision. this is a tragic, sad story. i feel horrible for everybody involved, especially for the family of this 13-year-old girl who went in for something that seemed to be fairly routine and simple and then this tragedy happens. doctors, as we said earlier, don't have a duty to treat the dead. my sister's a doctor. i asked her why. she said, because there's nothing more that you can do for the body. so asking them to treat a dead body, nobody has ever returned from whole brain death, right. that's an impossible place to come back from. so asking the doctors to wo
