so really three things are behind the bear case that we're seeing with tesla today. first of all, the company did say because of so many capital expenditures for this year, as much as $850 million, the company will be slightly negative free cash flow. it's also capacity constrained. they'll be delivering about 7,500 vehicles in the second quarter. could deliver more, but they don't have the battery cells to do that, and some are saying it's weak compared to what we were expecting. and then the question of the execution risk over the next three years, and that revolves around the question of the giga factory. we do know, elon musk talked about this on the conference call yesterday, they do plan to break ground as soon as next month on one of two -- at least two locations where they will be supplying battery cells and battery packs by 2017. the question is, do they have all of the partners that they need locked into commitments? we know panasonic has signed a letter of intent. what about the others who are players in that industry? and can they actually make this happe
