that is something that is unfortunate, it is non standing, and frankly, it has mid-testa sizing in recent in a way that i didn't think i would see over the course of my career. >> certainly hope we wouldn't. >> harry, donald trump, he's out there raising money, holding rallies, but his lawyers have now officially accepted the january 6th committee's subpoena. what happens next? let me guess, he's going to say no. >> what doesn't happen next is he raises his right-hand. i think first, however, you are hearing these stories, he's dying to testify and his lawyers are throwing themselves in front of him. i doubt that seriously. but it doesn't matter. what i think will happen next will be a bunch of sort of phony baloney excuses, or impossible conditions that the committee won't agree to, and the clock is ticking. they only have a few months and then will fall to the committee, do we want to gear up for a big court fight that, a, we could lose -- the courts have never forced a former president to testify about events during his presidency. and be, would just be the focus instead of the very fu
