state gets. >> all right, let's go to the next case. david has "fisher v. university of texas." >> so thanks. first just a couple of quick general comments. irv noted that last term liberals won more than conservatives in 5-4 cases. that's also the first time in the history of the robert s cout that that has happened and the roberts court is ten years old. nine terms conservatives won more than liberals in 5-4 cases. last term it was the opposite and i think that explains some of the emotion articulated in some of the dissents. they aren't used to losing in these kinds of cases and they were not happy with that evidently. and then the second thing, i think irv is right, the question in this term is it conservative with a big "c" or conservative with a small "c"? i would say historically for the roberts court when that has been the question it's generally been conservative with a small "c." the roberts' court has been -- when it's had an option to take the moderate conservative route rather than the radical conservative route, that's what they've done with some notable exceptions like citizens

earthquakes in the state center in recent years were triggered by the injection of produced water in disposal wells. southern methodist university scientists, being a small university in dallas, texas, indicated that 2013 northwest of fender-bender was also likely caused by the wastewater injection. now i don't -- i don't see anything wrong with the findings. what concerns me is the denial of the findings. it would seem to me that if these findings continue, even with the university of texas research, are we addressing the findings? that is my major concern. just last weekend, that was a major incident just northwest, i think, of fender-bender, near arlington, where a family's house collapsed and the water was -- everyone was told not to drink the water. i have never found anything wrong with research. but my feeling is that once we find findings, rather than denying it is happening, can we start to address the issue. and what do we get from denying citizens from being so fearful that they don't want to see that near their homes. i would like to see mr. lomax and mr. siegel, would you address that for me? what is the -- i'm trying to get to why we're trying to deny this is going on
