might is still the operative word here but admiral thad allen saying things are significantly moving in the right direction. bp says they are pleased with the way things are moving and we know that that containment cap is now in place. there is still oil that is leaking from that cap. that's because there's a valve on top of it that they will begin to shut down. testing begins on this containment cap tomorrow morning, on tuesday morning. it is expected to take anywhere between 6 and 48 hours....
