. >> thank you, congressman rush thaler. >> thank you for being with us. congratulations, what a great appointment by the president. i am sure you are aware that they have been hard on women in terms of jobs. they have dropped out of the job ticket and there is a lot of reasons for that which are schools closing, their jobs were just not going to jobs. i love the president's family and jobs land. i read a study that traditional infrastructure jobs are mostly filled by man. i first question to you is, what are you planning to do or what can be done to make sure that women get their fair share of these infrastructure jobs? >> yeah, again it depends on how you define infrastructure. people mostly think of it as included in the jobs plan. with respect to traditional infrastructure, i would say as well with the department of energy where reliance on technology, or the stem fields which is disproportionately gone to men. i would say the diversity problem with respect to people of color in the stem field. women and people of color and so this is a priority for th
