todd tharp spoke to us from inside the santa clara county jail. the 24 year old transient says he got in to an argument with a group of guys who were drinking and doing drugs in john d morgan park sunday night and they attacked him.hitting him and kicking him in the head so ed he pulled out a knife that he always carries and started swinging to defend himself. 16-year-old ivan diaz amuca was stabbed and died at the hospital. a 16- year old san jose boy. is stabbed to death. in a south bay park. he hit a woman with his truck.but didn't stop to see if she was o-k.or even survived the crash. that's what police say the driver they've arrested in a deadly hit and run did sunday night. now tyler larson is under arrest for felony hit and run of yolanda tiscareno. police say larson veered off of willow pass road.jumped the curb.and hit tiscareno.who was pushing a shopping cart. police followed up on leads from c-h-p and located larson at his home in antioch it's a case with twists and turns. we'll have more on this investigation coming up in a live report
