the national bar association, a network of predominantly african-american lawyers an judges, held a news and joining me is pamela mean president of the national bar association. thank you for joining us. your reaction to the resignation of corporal casebolt do you think that's enough? >> i do not think it's enough. you know he still has his peace officer's license. don't know what the terms of the resignation is. and i think that understand the circumstances of what we saw on that videotape i would be quite afraid for him to go and be a security guard somewhere where children are. i think that the prosecutor ought to fully investigate it and see whether or not assault charges should be charges. i think there's still investigation left to be done. >> if charges come forth against what we see on video, how hopeful are you that there's charges and a proper vetted investigation of the catalyst that actually brought police to the scene? >> i'm not very hopeful at all because in this narrative i haven't heard very much about the adults that were fighting with the little girl. haven't heard muc

the national bar association, a largest african-american legal organization in the country, called ond support earls to come to mckinney to this police station and protest tomorrow at noon. so that is the most immediate further protest that is planned. i can also tell you that officer eric casebolt -- sorry -- has now spoken with investigators as part of that internal investigation by the mckinney police department. that investigation is ongoing. >> joy, what more have you learned since being on the ground about the neighborhood? you know i had an opportunity to speak with a father one of the girls that we saw in the video and shot her own angle of casebolt taking down the 15-year-old. he -- the dad saying he didn't really feel like his neighborhood was one where there are any type of underlying racial tensions. that seemed to bubble up at this pool party. >> reporter: well, we do know that the neighborhood which we actually drove through the complex today, a beautiful complex, qui yet residential and suburban neighborhood. that particular complex is one of the more racially mixed com
