and so our katie nielsen drove to the bay area today. and i know you just got there in the last hour. what things are you seeing right now? >> i think one of the most impactful things that we've seen is just the nature of this fire and how it has been hopscotching from one house to another, which is so indicative of some of these wind driven fires that we are all too familiar with within the bay area. this is where five people have been confirmed, killed in the fire. these are not the mansions of the pacific palisades, and they're not the beach front bungalows of malibu. it's known as a working class neighborhood, north of the 210 freeway, best known for the rose parade. these homes were destroyed and still standing. and it is still there. we were talking with the homeowner of this home that used to be right here. they run a lawn care business. and even his grandparents would live here. now there is nothing left. i asked him, do you know when this happened? he said he drove by around 10:45 this morning and that is when he saw their homes
