this is the second death at the arlington county detention facility this year. we're learning a man stuck in a trench is doing fine this morning. he actually helped get himself out. the man was buried trench deep in a columbian neighborhood. the man was digging a waterline when it all collapsed. since he was able to do a lot to do asusi iveasis asusive. it sped things up. they're still trapped in their home of high floodwaters. using boats to evacuate or bring food and water to those trapped neighbors. several roads in the area are still under water and undrivable. there you can see the incredible images coming out of south carolina. officials say the water is at least 20 feet deep in certain areas and residents say they're just hoping this water recedes soon so they can return to what is left of their home. >> right now the faa and ntsb investigating a plane that crashed into a house. you've got to see the cell phone video. the crash happened yesterday in lake tahoe. we know two people were on board when it went down shortly after takeoff. the plane hid a two-st
