well here in the bay area for the first time since california introduce its tier assignment system. no bay area counties change color so san francisco state in the least restrictive tier which is right there labeled an yellow solano remained in the substantial tier labeled in red and sonoma county has pretty much stayed in the most restrictive tear labeled and purple most of the bay area's in the moderate tier labeled an orange, but we can also do better. well to the east bay contra costa county is scaling back on its reopenings because of a sharp rise in covid-19 cases, starting tomorrow capacity limits for indoor dining movie theaters and religious services will shrink to 25% from 50% outdoor bars will also have to close unless they serve drinks with food and the county moved into the orange chair of the state's reopening blueprint just last week now since then county officials say that both hospitalizations and infection rates increased. well it's back to school for students in the south bay in the new year the largest school district in santa clara county will start welcoming stu
