live at the bay bridge toll plaza. lena howland abc seven news thank you lena, the wet weather here and stormy conditions on the east coast are prompting delays at sfo. >> so there's a live picture of the wet runways. there the website flightaware shows 26 delayed flights, so far and two cancellations at sfo. now, yesterday it was really a mess. there were more than 400 flights delayed because of the weather. we'll continue watching it this morning. more than 1300 p-g-and-e's customers are without power this morning. you take a look at this map and it shows the current outages. p-g-and-e's says the biggest cluster is on the peninsula with nearly 500 customers impacted. people in the north bay, east bay and south bay are also dealing with some outages. we don't know yet when those lights are going to come back on. you can track the latest weather conditions any time with the abc seven bay area app. you can access the same radar that drew uses just search abc seven bay area in your app and download it now. >> the developm

the bay bridge. y it's the golden gate bridge where we are talking about fog but not this morning. out of the east bay you will run into a bit of this. so much so they've issued an advisory. limited visibility can be an issue. as more cars are on the road way, you want to be extra careful. we are seeing more volume for folks heading west bound into san francisco. i will let you know when those are turned on. also a trouble spot along east shore freeway west bound 80 at albany. there is a crash blocking one lane. it's been out there for a while now for at least 45 minutes and that is beyond el cerito. as volume starts to get more busy, more volume, vehicles west bound for the commute into san francisco maybe or towards the bay bridge, it is getting busier. maybe consider bart as an alternate if you want to skip the roadways. or hop around 24 and head to the bay bridge. it depends on where this morning chew takes you on this monday. most areas heading towards 880, san mateo bridge clear, no delays in th

reported by chp and people out on the roadways and you can see live here at the bay bridge toll plazay soggy out there this morning. so be extra careful on the roadways. some of the hotspots in the east bay westbound 585 near park. that on ramp there's a traffic collision there on -- again on and off ramps as you exit the enter the freeways be extra careful. as you make those curves. sometimes people take them a little too fast. they get reports of spinouts on the roadways and that makes it pretty tough out there. headed westbound 580, over towards 880, we have reports of an accident there as well. that's just as you work your way towards the maze at the bay bridge. and if you are headed along the peninsula, pretty slick surfaces out there also. 101. 280, 280 southbound at edgewood. there's an injury crash there. looks like traffic is backed up and you have got activity with a vehicle stuck on its side. so be extra cautious through there. >>> flooding is a big concern on rainy days like today. and the city of san francisco is offering free sandbags to protect your home and businesses
