so what did the control board do? that even if puerto rico has more austerity -- and the austerity we have already reported, the degree that his current, even with all of that austerity, over the next 10 years, there were only be at best $8 billion left over from annual budgets to pay the bondholders. $35bondholders are owed billion over the next 10 years. that means -- the board is saying essentially, there is only $.25 on the dollar available, even with massive austerity, to pay these bonds off. predictably, the bondholders went crazy. they have been going to court. now the control board has asked for chief justice robert -- chief justice roberts did a a judge who is now going to be the judge in charge of deciding exactly how m much mony the creditors get an exactly what happens in puerto rico's future. this has gone from a u.s. appointed control board now to a federal judge who essentially is in charge of the economic future theuerto rico and how much creditors will be paid. obviously, the creditors are challenging
