what are you learning about the behind-the-scenes maneuvering on the board of new s corp? hanks for having me on. they feel like the quality of information and the information flow, if you will, from the company to the board has not been very good. what i mean by that is they haven't really told the board what's coming or let the board know how bad things could get and how deep this could run. if you're a board member, independent board member there to oversee shareholder interest you're starting to feel like maybe people aren't being very honest with me and you start to question the ability of a management team to navigate through something this treacherous. they've lost $6 billion in market capitalize in just a few weeks. you're very sensitive if you're a board member, as to how bad things have gotten. >> could he be voted out? >> i think it's unlikely. the heat continues to rise on news corporation, especially if there turns out to be any truth or validity on the 9/11 issue, that they hacked into the 9/11 foeps. i think you could see rupert step down then into a chairman
