ocean city, maryland, police using force on teenagers following confrontations over vaping on the boardwalk. one video from earlier this month shows officers tasing a 19-year-old man after he first held up his hands and then reached to take off his backpack. police say the teenager threatened to kill them. a video from last weekend shows another teenager being held by several officers while a cop knees him repeatedly. the naacp and members of congress are calling for an investigation. >>> a baker was fined for refusing to bake a transgender transition cake, and there are new details about a deadly shooting in austin. those are some of the headlines on the "morning newsstand." the "austin american statesman" reports a police affidavit reveals last weekend's deadly mass shooting began as a confrontation between teenagers. the exchange of gunfire in austin's entertainment district killed a bystander and injured 13 others. police say it all began when two groups of teenagers began arguing. 17-year-old jeremiah tabb was arrested on monday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
