i think when we look at the burden of proof of california it's important they have the burden of proof in california and not the defendant. i used to be a prosecutor in my former life. i'm the chief legal officer and chief law enforcement officer in arkansas. it's not up to the defendants to prove they are not guilty. now, it's certainly in their best interest, but it's up to the state to prove that someone is guilty. if someone's accused -- these centers are being accused, rather, of deceptive practices, it's up to california to prove that. i know i kind of back tracked on you, kimberly. i just wanted to weigh in on that point because i think those points are very important for us to keep in mind, again, as a country and for us not to lose sight of -- and to be forced not only into compelling someone's speech but into compelling these women's actions. and when you are compelling women by saying call this number because you're low income to perhaps obtain a state-funded abortion, you are compelling not only the crisis pregnancy center speech but you perhaps may be compelling these wome
