temperatures rebounding to the upper 50s and maybe a few mid- 60s, especially santa cruz and capitola. >>> we have some problems now. steve. one of the big ones is a jack knifed truck on highway 92. and if you're leaving half moon bay, do not use highway 92. it's west of skyline and blocking both directions. getting from 280 to half moon bay or the other way around is a no go. chp has not arrived yet. san mateo county sheriff is on the scene. and this is bad news for you if you live on the coast and want to get to 280. i would say use highway 1 through pacifica. and if you're a pacifica driver, more of your friends will be joining you on the commute up to -- and the daly city route or woodside. 92 is not passable. you'll just get caught in a bunch of slow traffic. it's blocking both directions off highway 92. a big mess in san mateo county. i want to go to highway 4 which is normal and 160, the antioch bridge is blocked by a stalled big rig. northbound 160 is completely blocked and southbound is a mess as well. so if you use that bridge you'll be in a bunch of slow traffic. let's go t
