this is the center city skyline shot from our new camera at temple university. e this shot. it's a great vantage point. karen rogers now with traffic. hey, karen. >> hi. as we've been scanning the roads found a problem involving a tractor-trailer it's right on a ramp so what a bad spot to have an accident. this is the schuylkill eastbound. the ramp from the schuylkill eastbound to the vine street expressway eastbound and i'm watching live, i see nor flashing lights, more emergency workers coming to the scene. it had been just the left lane. looks like now police might be blocking the two left lanes right here as they try to deal with this. so again this is the ramp from the schuylkill eastbound to the vine street expressway eastbound and you want to expect some slowing eastbound on the schuylkill expressway from spring garden to the vine so watch for that and it looks like they're blocking two lanes right now and that's really creating an issue. they're not allowing anyone at the moment to get on the ramp. we'll see if they change that but that's a problem right
