that reflects poorly on the clinton campaign. they attack the author which as we know again, "the new york times" took it forward and started investigating it further. it became a bigger story. >> not all media outlets have gone crazy on this. the morning shows and nbc have done two stories this week but nothing on the cbs evening news. i find it inexplicable. reporters often get material from people sources who have strong view points axes to grind. that is not unusual, but how do you deal with that? >> you have to deal with what is the news here? i think because there was a lack of disclosure here there was a $2 million loan not disclosed. that ties into the early issue about the e-mails with hillary clinton. i do think you have to judge this source has an axe to grind, but look at the news. that is what peter schweizer said. this is legitimate. >> one of your reporters is writing about a democrat and republican source provides research you've got to take that into account. it doesn't mean the research is wrong. >> that's right.

course for the clintons. e always a little bit secretive. >> that was a new ad put out by the rnc entitled stop hillary. in the midst of numerous scandals hillary clinton is expected to announce she's running for president again this weekend. things are a lot different than back in 2008 when of course she was running then. joining me pollster frank luntz. how are you? >> i'm fine, sean. it's going to be fascinating what happens because we've never had a candidate this well-defined. everyone has an opinion, they either like her or don't. but there's nothing neutral about hillary clinton anymore. >> honest and trustworthiness in these three swing states according to quinnipiac poll she's got a huge problem. ominous is the word they used in the poll. your reaction. >> yes. and credibility is essential. the fact is we want a president we can trust. we want a president that we have confidence in. in fact, sean, the two most important values that a president can have in 2015, number one is accountability. and number

>> i know the clintons well. have known them and they are good public servants, but there are a lot of questions that are being raised. at some point, they will have to answer the questions. mark: do you think they are ethically and morally fit? >> they are good people. mark: what do you think the odds are that she will be the next president of the united states? >> no idea. mark: issue for medical? >> no question. she could be the first woman to be president of the united states. the arts -- odds are where you would guess, 50-50. >> jeb bushmark: jeb bush. you have been a fan of his. you have been nudging him to run. i know that privately in the last election and this one, you have been keen on him to run. what makes you think he would be a good candidate and/or president. >> we have been friends for a long time. i think he talks about the values of our party. secondly, he has a track record as governor of florida conservative governing record that is exemplary. he has a handicap, the name is bush. as i told him,

"the times is relying on research of the conservative author of clinton cash." s also writing a book scrutinizes jeb bush's financial history. that book will be released sometime this summer. and there was more news about how bill clinton has received millions in speaking fees from companies and organizations that also donated heavily to the clinton foundation. in a report the clinton foundation is in the process reviewing its tax returns, they're going to be refiling them to reflect some of the money they got came from foreign governments. the press and hillary's political enemies have been looking closely at the clinton foundation and its relationship with foreign governments for months now. the clinton foundation agreed to disclose all new foreign donations but the latest reporting says the foundation did not always abide by those standards. for example, they reportedly failed to disclose an unsolicited donation made by the government of algeria in 2010 to help with haiti earthquake relief efforts. hillary clinton formally resigned from the foundation board th
