we're seeing some light through the broken clouds off to the east. temperatures off to the racesy 1:00. we are going 74 for the high. if we got to 77, 78 today, that would not surprise me. winds sustained around 20, gusting 30'ish so it is going to be windy and warm and the cooler weather moving in starting tomorrow. right now we're in the mid-60s at andrews. 65 along with bowie. still 50s in lovettsville and philomount and bull run with 6 when in fairfax and 63 in arlington. we are seeing the skies clear up pretty quickly this morning. a beautiful shot on our michael & son weather camera. 61 with a south wind at 16 and the barometer is steady but it will rise as this area of low pressure pulls away. this second low, this front is going to come through, bring us the colder weather tomorrow and on the end of that front, another area of low pressure is going to ride up the coast. so wednesday looks like rain changing to some snow. even potentially here in d.c. if we see any accumulation, it will be pretty minor on the i- 95 corridor. north and west of us, potentially a few inches.
