we have a sad update tonight on the concord woman who was injured in an apartment fire this week. the fire announced was taken off life support today and died. english was hospitalized when the fire ripped through her clayton road apartment on monday. the cause of the fire is still under investigation tonight. >> a southern california woman won the lawsuit against honda over the par makers mileage claim for vehicle. peter sued honda accusing hon day of making misleading claims about the 2006 hon day civic. today she was awarded $9,800. she hoped to encourage others to go the route of small claims. small claims court does not award lawyer fees like class action cases. american airlines today plans to cut $13,000, they come as they try to cut cost and restructure under bankruptcy protection. the layoffs will include maintenance workers and managers. american also wants to slash pension plans and stop paying for health benefits. the cuts will reduce its over all cost by $2 billion a year. >>> now to the campaign for president. one day decisive win in florida gop primary he took center
