eastbound from 202 through this point at the blue route into the conshohocken curve had a crash thereafternoon but it's gone now. speed restrictions go up on all of the major area interstates starting at 10:00 tonight. 45 miles per hour will be the max at that point through the duration of the storm tomorrow. at this point we would be lucky to be doing 45 on parts of the schuylkill. just 6 miles per hour. had a broken down vehicle in pennsauken along the admiral wilson boulevard at the airport circle. that just cleared out. it's a busy week in center city with the flower show on this afternoon in center city there's a crash involving a box truck here on the local vine westbound at 15th by the new norman temple. also have a crash in glenside to avoid along easton road by sloane toyota. new construction closure started in hilltown township bucks county. 313 dublin mike now shut down for the next couple months. callowhill road or elephant road some alternates. we'll check it again, rick and sharrie, coming up in the next half hour. >> all right, matt, see you then. thank you. >>> we'll t

that's a little slower at the moment as you come out of king of prussia and head into toward the conshohocken curve. definitely no shortage of volume on these highways on this friday afternoon. just 7 miles per hour on the westbound side of the schuylkill through university city. we had a crash on the westbound side of the vine expressway coming away from broad street headed out towards the schuylkill and you can see speeds in the 20's right now on 95. trying to come off of 95 here close to the airport, the bartram avenue off-ramp is blocked. you can see police there blocking that off ramp. it's because of a crash along bartram itself. so, restrictions on bartram and the ramp from 95 southbound is blocked. in new castle county, ramp from 95 northbound to go to 273 is blocked. that's an overturned tractor-trailer. and all afternoon long we've had construction on the delaware memorial bridge. delaware bound two lanes out of commission so big delays with speeds in the teens as you come off the new jersey turnpike. might want to use the commodore barry instead. let's do the commuter report on thi

the freeze hits tonight. >> deanna durante joins us live in conshohocken with the progress the road crews are making. you've seen the conditions change over the hours. how it is out there? >> reporter: well, we've driven from king of prussia to conshohocken taking the back roads. at ridge and butler pikes, cars are coming through. the roads are wet, which is if you'll be heading out, which again is not advisable, that you do take it easy. sometimes even a plow isn't enough to get you on the road. >> a lot of people out there that shouldn't be driving. >> reporter: and for those people donny hoffman is there. we met him this morning at the king of prussia wawa. these are what the roads looked like as we drove there this morning. despite plow after plow -- >> off the side of the road, embankments, ditches, pulling them out. to safe ground. >> reporter: hoffman sent us video after video of cars he responded to that were off the road. we found some, too. a stuck septa bus blocked the entrance to the king of prussia mall. workers used shovels to get it free. a couple of plows were stopped on route 23. >>
