the cribing had not been completed. the permitting drawings, described plywood in the cribing, and put in diagonal braces to it and the contractor was fully prepared to do that, the next day. the cribing was not completed, special inspections for the plywooding are done, and once the plywood is placed. and not before it. >> special inspections were going to occur for the cribing after it was completed so that we could call someone to look at the plywood and look at the crib and look at the angles. and it was not done. and the incident occurred during the implementation. the system now for the temporary resting place has been completed, the plywood is there, and the diagonal bracing is there and we called for inspection and it has been signed off. >> so that the original permitted documents did require special inspection of the shoring? >> yeah. >> it required an observation, and not a special inspection, and a special inspection for the drilled piers and the sizing and everything else. and everything, cribing, as you kno
