was to have it reviewed for tasers and the department and d.b.a. both agreed during those discussions that we wanted to go beyond that and have the serious incident review board. commander walsh and others are working on that now, and to build that out, i believe, i think they are supposed to meet on that as well. it is ongoing. it is part of the buildout of the whole d.g.o. that the commission reviewed but we wanted to go beyond that. the goal is to have this done in the very near future. >> may be we can have some kind of status report on it in the near future to see where it is so we can move it along. may be we can calendar it. >> i wanted to understand the relationship between the report here on page 4 and they analysis by allegation. we have that chief of police who discipline six officers and this is 30 3% of the recommended by d.b.a. but they say the chief agreed with 77% with the same findings. can you walk us through that correlation? you have six officers was 77% agreeing -- >> may be six officers, but -- here is how the complaints come i

i would just ask that if we have further discussions where we're either reorganizing the d.g.o.s that d.b.a. is allowed to participate because those changes directly impact our data collection systems, as well, based on the old numbers as they are changing or moving arp around, so that's my only request. >> commissioner dejesus: i'm not following. the numbers are new numbered? >> commissioner hamasaki: what are you referring to? >> commissioner dejesus: it's a number, just the number itself. >> right, but as they come up, if we're going to be renumbering new ones, we just want to be a part of that so we can do know what the numbers are -- exactly. >> commissioner mazzucco: why wouldn't you? zb >> i'm sorry? >> commissioner mazzucco: in light of all the discussion, do i have a motion. >> commissioner dejesus: yeah. i move to accept the d.g.o. 3.01 with a friendly amendment that at the end of the sentence it says comma, and presented to the police commission for approval as set forth -- >> commissioner mazzucco: how about this. with good legal advice, i think what we should do is move to appr

d.b.a. halcyon, located at 314 11th street. i'm just noticing the notice to appear because that is what i noticed on the commission to have them tonight. the purpose of this hearing is to consider revising conditions listed on their permits, and these are relative to issues that we have had since the last hearing on april 3, 2018. so you may want to consider looking at conditions relative to time this evening, although my suggestions are primarily around notifications conditions that are currently on the permit. so currently, you have a couple of conditions, the fifth and sixth conditions on the permit that require the permit holder to share a calendar of events one month in advance. but then, there's a following condition that says, you know, notifying us if things change. we have had issues in terms of having the permit holder notify us a month in advance. we just receive events going past 4:00 a.m. oftentimes, we hear about it after the factor whenever, when we've received complaints during the 4:00 a.m. time frame. that's something i think you s
