hello, everyone, i'm dana perino and welcome to a special edition of "the daily briefing." frictions are ramping up across the country as coronavirus cases are continuing to search and millions of americans had out for the holiday. we have team fox coverage on both coasts, david lee miller is here in new york and let's begin with jeff paul, reporting live in santa monica just outside of los angeles. yesterday you told us about the lawsuit that was filed, there's been an update? >> yes. unfortunately that lawsuit was turned away by the judge. today was a very bittersweet day for restaurant owners and servers as they set up here for the lunchtime rush and santa monica off of main street. this is the last day they will be able to use the tables and chairs that they invested in for another three weeks. servers especially are worried about losing their jobs just the day before thanksgiving and write for the other holidays coming up. >> this will affect me and my family for sure 100%, i'm basically the breadwinner of my family. working here will be a very big of drastic change bec
