according to "the dallas morning news," the wife of a former justice of the peace.being held in the kaufman county jail for making a terroristic threat, but 46-year-old kim williams was apparently booked into the kaufman county jail at about 3:00 this morning. and she has been charged with one count of capital murder. now, remember, this is the county that has been shocked by three murders, including the district attorney a couple of weeks ago, his wife. they were brutally murdered. gunned down in their own home and then the assistant district attorney, gunned down at the end of january. that sparked a massive federal and local investigation. that has looked in many different directions. the former justice of the peace is one of the avenues they have been investigating. eric williams has not been declared even now as a suspect in the case. you have to wonder since, according to "the dallas morning news" since his wife is now charged with capital murder if things will change rapidly in that regard. >> it wonders -- why police haven't charged him. i wonder if he wasn'

so as part of this project the dallas-fort -- adaptive reuse of the project is preserving and you features of the building. the traz oh floor and box office area and along gearey boulevard and in the 1940s and the marquis signed we would restored and keep in tact on the building. it's on the left. it was interesting how the architects really look at some of the old historic ornament with their art deco version of the 1940s. the interior of the building as i said it was originally an 1800 seat one screen theatre in 1942 of that time. it was down the middle and two small exteriors were added to the middle. pretty much everything in intact from the 1942 model from the grand stairs with the handrail and the chandelier is original to the building in 1923 and some of the plaques as i have noted and the water front is a fantastic tile still there that is quite nice. so the existing building, this is hard to see, but the existing building has -- do i only have 3 minutes? the existing building has the shots on the gearey side. it's a blank facade. there is a lobby that center is through there and c

this week the dallas morning news in an article with the headline west fertilizer company environmentalompliance problems go back decades is reporting that 1984 the company moved two large pressurized tanks of liquid anhydrous ammonia a potentially lethal poison from a site in nearby hill county to the current location in west without notifying state authorities. it was seven years later for texas regulators to even take notice. in an interview with the associated press yesterday governor perry dismissed the notion that the west, texas explosion could have been prevented if regulators and inspectors had done their jobs better saying quote people through elected officials clearly send the message of their comfort with the amount of oversight. today we learned that the first two of what is expected to be many lawsuits pertaining to the west, texas explosion, the first suit was filed on behalf of four insurance carriers insuring 17 west businesses and property owners who sustained damage. the second lawsuit comes from andrea gutierrez who is the first west resident to file a civil lawsuit

west is between waco and the dallas area. you would pass through west at about 15 minutes, that's where the fertilizer plant was located. it's in mcclendon county, we're only 15 minutes by ground and less than that by air. >> glenn, sanjay gupta wanted to ask a question. >> were there any special precautions or anything they had in place for such a disaster? >> no, i mean nothing other than our normal emergency preparedness that all trauma centers across the united states prepared for any hour of any day. we're all blessed with incredible staff of doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, techs and everybody that just respond and we have protocols that immediately go into place when something like this happens. we called it a code green. we implement that, we practice that, rehearse that and stand by ready 24 hours a day and try to serve communities in which we're blessed to live in. >> thank you very much for now, i know we'll be talking to you again. and keeping us abreast of this. 55 injured. we're going to continue our breaking
