enjoy the warm weather that we have today, looking at the embarcadero and how clear it is this morning. temperatures they are running from 72 in antioch to 45 in half moon bay. we have 50-degree temperatures, fairfield, livermore, mountain view and san jose. if you are leaving anywhere else 50-degree weather right now. monitor ray bay and lynn land, low to mid 50s. warmer than average once again, more clouds and a cooling trend begins tomorrow and hangs around through saturday. then a warming trend begins on father's day and brings us right back to where we are today early next week. we're going to have a little bit of a rollercoaster ride. no cooling and no marine layer at least the cloud aren't there and that will push us back in the 60s along the coast and 80s and 90s inland. 89 in dublin. everybody else hitting to low to mid 90s. mid-70s around richmond and berkeley. everybody else along the east bay shore, in the 70s to 80s. south bay, mid to upper 80s with 88 in los gatos. 75 in millbrae. 77 in san mateo. everybody else in the low 80s on the peninsula. mid 60 as along the coast.

possibly on the west side of the embarcadero. we are also looking at additional removal options. possibly phased removal of the non-historic connector shed. it is called pier 19 and 1/2 and it would provide great views of the bay. that is the port staff initial proposal on the public benefits in vision that the site. we have a ways to go with stakeholders to get to the right formula. i would like to move on to the america's cup special area planned proposal. the area on the screen is the area between pier 14 and 22 and a half. it is the open water basin in the area planned. but the new agreement requires that the port provide this space for the purposes of large spectator vessels during the races. in to permit dredging in this area. it would need to be to a debt of about 12 feet. promising that long-term in that location from the event authority. the proposal for this special area plan would be related only to the special use of this location for the race. it would permit these large spectator wrote vessels in the park with docs installed on a temporary basis, moved after the race
