i'm greatly impacted by the design for 309 eureka street. i do want to note that i'm appreciated of their approach. i am requesting that you reduce its height and overall size. at the may 19, 2011, planning commission meeting, the commission continued the 309 eureka hearing and recommended that the project sponsor work with the d.r. requesters to revise the project. the commission suggested that they examine ways to minimize impact on the ford's property and to make the building more consistent and appropriate for the surrounding neighborhood by considering the roofline and the treatment of the bay window. we ask that the building be brought down 4 1/2 feet to grade. i am in support of these goals and i am especially concerned about lowering the height and reducing the impact on the fords property and my property, both of which will be shadowed by this new building. i have seen the sponsor's july 14, 2011 design and it does not address the commission's may 19 comments. the height has only been reduced a foot. the rare -- rear massing has been

lots of drizzle, windy at times as the system drops off at eureka and crescent city. how long has this pattern been with us. we cool way down, it lifts out and the high builds for a day or two and it is out. talking to people, they say to me it feels like fall is already in the air. that winds machine is cranked up for many. thunderstorm activity is done because it has opinion pushed off to the west and to the east. f50s for everybody, a southeast winds and most locations couldn't ford south at 18 and it is up about 25 or 35 miles per hour. it tells me everything i need to know and it will be cooler by 10 degrees inland. a little spin in the atmosphere and that's why i like to show the satellite it helps to increase the fog and lifts and gives us that local drizzle. so the high is built in towards the inland families. breezy to windy but away from the coast five to ten degrees cooler and temperatures are well below average this time of year. now the coast i mean you are stuck in the 50s and 60s which are shrill slightly below average. 79 in pat loma, 66 vallejo, they d
